
Warranty Support
Medallion Instrumentation Systems (MIS) warrants product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as specified by product documentation. First, customers, when applicable, should seek assistance from the original dealer for replacement parts. During this period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem and MIS Support determines the product is non-conforming, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Following receipt of an RMA number, the customer shall return the product to MIS, freight prepaid. Upon verification of warranty, MIS will -- at its option - repair, replace, or credit the product.
Medallion will not be liable for unintended or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or use damages arising out of the manufacture sale or supplying of the product.
